When adding a route stop, there are times that you want to know more about the Record that you’re about to add other than its type, name, and address. Here’s what you need to do to be able to access its full details when building a route.

1. Access a saved route.
2. Click on the pin that you’re looking to add.
3. Hover your mouse over the Record’s name in the Summary Card, then click Open details.
