Access a Route Stop’s Record Details

Checking the Record details of your clients while navigating through your route is easy in Badger Maps because there’s no need to toggle between different menus in the app. Here’s how it’s done:

Web App #

1. Go to Routes, and access a saved route.

2. Click on the route stop that you want to check, and the Details page will be opened.

3. Here, you can edit the Main Object’s Record and add a Related Object.

iPhone #

1. Go to Routes, and open up a saved route.

2. Tap on the route stop that you want to check, and tap the Record’s name on the Appointment Summary Card.

3. Then tap the Record name on the pop-up box to open up the Details page. From here, you can edit the Main Object’s Record and add a Related Object.

2. Tap on the route stop that you want to check, and tap the Record’s name on the pop-up box.
