Checking the Record details of your clients while navigating through your route is easy in Badger Maps because there’s no need to toggle between different menus in the app. Here’s how it’s done:

Web App #

1. Go to Routes, and access a saved route.

2. Click on the route stop that you want to check, and the Details page will be opened.

3. Here, you can edit the Main Object’s Record and add a Related Object.

iPhone #

From the Map View

1. Go to Routes, and open up a saved route.

2. Tap on the route stop that you want to check, and tap the Record’s name on the Appointment Summary Card.

3. Then tap the Record name on the pop-up box to open up the Details page. From here, you can edit the Main Object’s Record and add a Related Object.

From the Schedule View

1. Access a saved route, and tap the list icon beside the route’s name to open up its Schedule View.

2. Tap on the route stop that you want to check, and tap the Record’s name on the pop-up box.

3. This will open up the Details page. From here, you can edit the Main Object ’s Record and add a Related Object.

From the Route Mode Live Widget

1. Tap on the Record’s name while on the Route Mode Live Widget.

2. After that, you’ll be taken to the route’s Map View.

3. Tap on the Record’s name on the Appointment Summary Card, then tap on the Record’s name on the box that pops up.

4. This will open the Details page. On this screen, you can edit the Main Object’s Record and add a Related Object.

Android #
