Need to add more stops to a saved route? Maybe you have to make a quick stop or just need to visit a few more customers than you previously anticipated. Regardless of the reason, adding more stops to your route is easy! Continue reading to find out how.

Read this for Badger Maps StandardBy clicking any pin on the map
1. Go to Routes, and access a saved route.
2. Click on the pin that you want to add to your route, then click Add to route beside the Record name at the bottom right of the screen.
3. If you want to keep the last stop as your end location during route optimization, hover your cursor over it, then click on the lock icon.
4. Optimize your route, and click the Save button.
By clicking the +Add Location to Route button
1. Go to Routes, and access a saved route.
2. Click the +Add Location to Route button.
3. From here, you can choose if the additional stop is from your Data or a Quick Stop.
4. If you want to keep the final stop as your end point during route optimization, hover your mouse over it and click the lock icon.
5. Click Optimize, then click on the Save button beside it.

By clicking the blue + icon
1. Open up Routes, and access a saved route.
2. Hover your cursor between the stops you want to add an additional stop to, then click on the blue + button. In this example, we’ll add a stop in between stops 2 and 3.
3. Choose if the additional stop will be from your Data or a Quick Stop.
4. Click Save to save the changes you’ve made. There’s no need to hit Optimize because this will rearrange your stops.

From the Lead Generation Tool
1. Go to Routes, and access a saved route.
2. Then go to Lead Generation and start a search.
3. Follow the Add Lead Generation Results to a Route or to your Own Data guide to add more stops.
4. Go back to Routes once you’re done adding. If you want to ensure the last stop remains your final stop during route optimization, hover your cursor over it and select the lock icon.
5. Finally, click Optimize, and click Save.
Using Lasso or Radius
1. Access the saved route that you want to edit.
2. Go to Tools, and choose if you want to use Lasso or Radius.
3. Draw around the pins that you want to add to your route.
4. Click Add to route, and choose Add to current route.
5. To keep the last stop as your final stop during route optimization, hover your mouse over it, and click the lock icon.
6. Optimize your route, and click Save to save the changes you’ve made.

3. If you need to keep the last stop as your route’s end location, tap on its Record pin, and tap Lock as last.
4. Optimize the route if you want to get the best route to take. You can skip this step if you’re okay with your route’s order.
5. Tap Save to save the changes you’ve made.
Using the Lead Generation tool
1. Open up a saved route, and tap the blue magnifying glass icon above Settings.
2. Type the business name or business type that you’re looking to add on the Lead Generation Search bar, and hit Search.
3. The results will appear as blue pins on the map. Tap on the pin that you’d like to add, tap More details if you need to review it first. Tap Add to Route to add it to your route. When you’re done, tap Close to exit the Lead Generation screen.
4. Now if you need to keep the last stop as your route’s final location, tap on its pin, and choose Lock as last. This step is completely optional.
5. Then tap Optimize to get the best route to take, but you can skip this step if you’re okay with your route’s order.
6. Tap the Save button to save the changes you’ve made.
Using the Lasso Tool
1. Open up a saved route.
2. Zoom in until the other pins are visible on the map, or zoom out if the pins are too close to each other.
3. Tap the Lasso icon at the bottom right of the screen, and draw around the pins that you need to add on your route.
4. Tap Lasso Selection, and remove the records that you don’t need by tapping the X icon beside its name.
5. Tap Add to Route when you’re done selecting.
6. This is optional, but if you want to keep the last stop as your route’s end location, just click on its Record pin, and tap Lock as last.
7. Hit Optimize, and then Save to save the changes.

5. When you’re done, tap the arrow beside the Lead Generation Search bar to go back to the main screen.
6. To keep the last stop as your route’s end location, tap its pin and select Lock as last. This step is completely optional.
7. Then tap Optimize to get the best route to take. You can also skip this step if you’re okay with the order of your appointments.
8. Lastly, hit Save to save the changes.
