Do you have cancelled appointments that you need to take off your route? It’s very easy! Here’s how you can remove a route stop using different devices:

Web App #

1. Go to Routes, and access the saved route that you want to edit.

2. Hover your mouse over the route stop that you want to remove, then click on the red “x” icon.

3. Click Save to save the changes you made.

iPhone #

From the Map View Through Appointment Summary Card

1. Access the route that you want to make changes to.

2. Tap on the pin of the route stop that you want to remove, and click its name on the Appointment Summary Card.

3. Tap Remove appointment from route, then tap Save.

From the Schedule View by Tapping the “X Remove appointment from route” Button

1. Open a route, then tap the list icon beside the route name to access its Schedule View, and choose the stop that you want to remove by tapping on it.

2. Then tap X Remove appointment from route. A message will appear at the bottom screen confirming that the stop has been removed.

3. Tap Save to save the changes.

From the Schedule View by Tapping the “Delete” Button

1. Load the route that you need to edit, then tap the list icon beside the route’s name to open up its Schedule View, and select which stop(s) you want to remove by sliding it to the left.

2. Then tap on the Delete button to remove it.

3. Tap Save to save the updates you made.

From the Route Mode Live Widget

1. Turn on the Route Mode Live Widget.

2. Tap the Record name on your screen to go back to the stop’s Appointment Card Summary.

3. Then look for Remove appointment from route, tap on it, and tap Apply.

4. Tap Save to save the changes.

Android #

From the Map View Through Appointment Summary Card

1. Open up the route that you want to edit.

2. Choose the stop that you want to make changes to by tapping its pin on the map.

3. After that, the Appointment Summary Card opens on your screen.

4. Tap on the Record’s name. then tap the X Remove appointment from route button, tap Save, and you’re done.

From the Schedule View

1. Load the route that you need to edit, then tap the list icon beside the route name to open up its Schedule View.

2. Choose the stop that you want to make changes to by tapping its pin on the map, then tap X Remove appointment from route.

3. Tap on Save when you’re done to save the changes you made.
