Choosing your route stops individually can be tedious. Luckily, Badger Maps has tools like Lasso and Radius that allow you to select multiple route stops simultaneously. Read below to learn how it works.

Web App #

1. Go to Tools, and select which tool you’d like to use (Lasso or Radius).

2. Draw a shape around the pins you’d like to add to your route, click Add to Route, and choose Create new route.

3. Once you’re done, lock the last stop as your route’s end location by hovering your mouse over it, and clicking the lock icon. This step is optional.

4. Assign a route name and date by clicking the pencil below the +Add Location to Route button, and click Save. This step is completely optional too.

5. Optimize the route, and click the Save button beside it.

iPhone #

1. Tap the Lasso icon, and draw around the pins that you want to add to your route.

2. Tap Lasso Selection, then remove the records that you don’t need by hitting the X button. You can skip this step if you’re all good with the records you’ve chosen.

3. Tap Create a new route.

4. If you want to keep the last stop as your route’s final destination, tap its Record pin, then select Lock as last.

5. Though not required, it’s encouraged that you assign a Route name and Date by tapping the pop up box on top, then click Done when you’re finished.

6. Optimize the route, then hit the Save button.

Android #

1. Hit the Lasso icon, and draw around the pins that you want to add to your route.

2. Tap Show all, and take out the records that you don’t need by tapping the X button beside the Record’s name. You can skip this if you’re all set with the stops you’ve selected.

3. Tap the Create route button.

4. Now if you need to keep the last stop as your route’s end destination, tap its pin, and then tap Lock as last.

5. Although not required, we recommend that you assign a Route name and Date to your route. Tap the pop-up box on top to do this, then click the check icon when you’re done.

6. After that, Optimize the route, then hit the Save button.
